- Law firm name

- Calendar events imported from Clio
- Billing suggestions generated by our system
- Approval and posting decisions
- Matter and client information (imported from Clio with your authorization)
2.3 Payment Information
- Credit card information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
- Billing address
- Subscription status
2.4 Usage Information
- IP address
- Browser type
- Pages visited
- Login timestamps
2.5 Clio Integration Data
- Clio OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
- Clio refresh tokens (encrypted)
- Calendar events, matters, and client data (with your authorization)

- Generate billing suggestions from calendar data
- Process subscription payments

Clio - Practice management integration (optional)

- Purpose: Account notifications, support communications

Cloud Infrastructure Provider - Secure hosting

- Backups: Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 30 additional days

You remain solely responsible for compliance with all attorney-client privilege and confidentiality obligations.
